‘Special teddy bears’ to help children with learning disabilities in hospital Nursing Times
Teddy Bear Hospital treats sick and injured teddies. 21 Feb 2023. The annual event aims to introduce children to healthcare professional in a friendly environment. Activities are designed to help children be more at ease when visiting the doctor in the future. More than 750 children, aged between 4 - 6, will bring their sick and injured.

Started in 2015, this annual two-day event is organised and run by students in the RCSI Paediatric Society, who are passionate about working with and caring for children.
